Super Kira!

This has been such a fun week for Kira at school! They have silly dress-up things going on all week! We missed Monday, but we got to go on Friday and we normally don't get to do that!

Tuesday-Crazy Hair, Socks or Shoes

So I put Kira's Hair into a Hot Pink Mohawk with tulle! It was so stinking cute and I think she might have been the only one to get dressed up that day!

Wednesday-Super Hero/ Princess

She was a Super Princess ofcourse! It was so cute and funny she kept running around the house with her hand in a fist out infront her yelling "I Super Why" (and for those of you who don't know "Super Why" is a PBS TV show where they save the day with spelling and reading)

Thursday-Wear Blue

Pretty low key just a blue shirt and sweater!

Friday-Pajama's and Bring a Teddy Bear

The Aquarium

I am so slow! Wendy, Makenna, Chase, Kira and I went to the Aquarium on the 9th. It was such a great time. Kira and I drove down in the Morning got to Wendy's house about lunch time. We had lunch and then drove to the Aquarium (Good thing Wendy was navigating or I would have driven passed it)! The girls had so much fun running from tank to tank looking at all the crazy fish. They had little holes and tunnels to crawl in, places to take pictures, and of course all sorts of sea and water creatures.

Love Chase's little face, it was kind of dark in the Aquarium so i am sure the bright light surpised him and so we get this look. So cute!

Kira was fascinated by the big snakes, while Makenna wouldn't even get close to the glass.

The day was so fun, but you could tell they were getting tired. Fighting over who got to stand in front of the penguin!After the Aquarium we went back to Wendy's then to Dinner at a restaurant called Bandidos. It was really good and just the right portions for Kira and I. Makenna really like the chips! After dinner we came back to Wendy's and she explained about Leprachauns! And how sneaky they can be, so we set a trap to catch them! Kira and Makenna sat so quietly listening to Wendy.

The next Morning we were amazed to find that we unfortunately did not catch any Leprachauns and that they had made a mess! They tipped over chairs and messed up the couch cushions, but even though they had a made a mess they also left us some yummy treats!

A Couple of Years, and a Few Kids ago...

So it has been a long time since I have been able to see my friend, Sarah and her family! Long enough ago she now has 3 more children for a total of 4. They are such great kids, Lauren played with Kira and got her involved when she was being shy.

LeeAnne and her two boys were able to come too, so it was a fun afternoon. They played outside on the slide, and wagon. Then they were all excited to pet the Kitty! The kids soon went inside and played with toys inside, while us mom's caught up on all that has happened in the mean time.

Shopping and Shoes!

On Saturday Kira, My Mom and I went Shopping! My favorite pass time. We had such a fun time. Got to eat at one of my favorite places "Greek" in the mall food court, Kira rode the carousel 3 times and we got a whole bunch a cute new clothes for the both of us! One of those cute new things was a pair of Hot Pink Converse! So now Kira and her "Tia" are twinners. Cass was super excited about the shoes!
